Community Engagement Manager

Atlanta Way 2.0 seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead communications and engagement for our growing Activator Network. This person will be the central connector between our community of Activators, staff, and board—ensuring that members are informed, engaged, and empowered to contribute to our three main initiatives (Economic Mobility of the city, Focus on Downtown, and Future of Journalism), launch new champion-led activities, and continue the feedback loop we depend on to improve our offerings. You will help develop a comprehensive community engagement strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and values.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong organizational skills, experience in community engagement, and a passion for civic innovation. They should thrive at the intersection of communications, data management, and grassroots mobilization. This is a starting position with room to advance to the Director level and will eventually oversee new hires.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
