Please join us for a Peach Talk & Wellness Walk brought to you by the Downtown Native Plant & Wellness Initiative, in collaboration with Kindred Lane, Atlanta Way 2.0, Downtown Atlanta, and Five Points Community Garden.
We’ll meet at Underground Atlanta's temporary Peach Grove at 12pm on Friday, July 10th. Jim Hackler of Five Points Community Garden will lead a talk on the history of Georgia's signature fruit. Then we'll enjoy a 20-minute stroll through parts of Downtown Atlanta that highlight nature, culture, and wellness.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes and walking shoes. A hat or sunglasses, sunscreen, and water are also a good idea to bring!
Where to meet: Underground Atlanta 50 Upper Alabama St
Meet us at Peachtree Fountains Plaza under the peach trees located at the intersection of Peachtree St and Wall
