Atlanta has a rich history. Atlanta Way 2.0 is excited to work with preservation experts, property owners, and communities to save and restore places in Atlanta that played a pivotal role in our nation’s history.
Examples
Atlanta Way 2.0 seeks to help revitalize the MLK Jr. corridor and preserve the most important historic structures on the corridor by facilitating opportunities to bring all interested parties to the table. We have hosted and moderated several community gatherings in the last year to raise awareness of the critical structures in the area. One of the biggest reasons we hold these community meetings is to help facilitate relationships between property owners, preservationists, grant writers, and city representatives who have resources, and to further the connections between each of the involved parties as we work to revitalize the MLK Jr. corridor.
